Tea Party Movement “Innately Racist”
Or so says Meghan McCain while guest hosting “The View”.
The comments were directed in relation to remarks by Congressman Tom Tancredo at the recent National Tea Party Convention.
“People who would not even spell the word vote or say it in English put a committed socialist ideologue in the White House… named Barack Hussein Obama,”
“It’s innate racism, and I think it’s why young people are turned off by this movement,” McCain charged of Tancredo’s remarks. “Revolutions start with young people, not with 65-year-old people talking about literacy tests and people who can’t say the word vote in English. It’s ridiculous.”

First of all, do not define all of us by one Tea Party speaker. After all, isn’t Sarah Palin campaigning for your father, Meghan? Do you think that all Tea Party members will side with her on that decision? Don’t bet on it.
But if you dissect Tancredo’s comments, were they truly wrong? The Democrats have done a great job of making it possible for Illegal aliens to vote in our elections. Did those that did vote do so for Obama? Probably. After all, he is the surest route to a state where American Liberties (and financial assistance) will be given to non-citizens.
I believe that most people understand and favor legal immigration. We want a legal system that does not favor any group over another, a chain of steps that one must pass to become “American”. This should not be determined by Political favoritism be it by Democrats, who want a new voting block, or Republicans, who wish big donations from the Farm lobby. We expect that anyone who wishes to come here actually wants to become American–a citizen of the United States, and learn the English language. They must pass a test that determines their knowledge of the U.S. and our laws and traditions. Is that so unacceptable to people like Meghan and John McCain? Is compassion to bend over backwards for the Mexican poor and disregard the rest of the world’s citizens who wish to come here?
Sorry Meghan, the fact you sit on “The View” means you are simply pandering to Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar. Keep your new-age Republican leftism to yourself, we don’t agree with you. If your beliefs are so great, why not tell your Father? Isn’t he running to the Right as fast as he can to be reelected against J.D. Hayworth?
Sarah Palin should find a way to not support Senator McCain in my opinion. Neither he or his daughter think of her as anything more than a “Tool”, and in more ways than one.
Consider Meghan McCain’s parting remarks (notice the forshadowing) regarding to Governor Palin:
“I got a book coming out in August and I’d be happy to come back and tell you everything in August,” McCain said, when asked what her father thinks about Palin.
Well Meghan, I hope you have a ghostwriter, it is “I’ve got a book…” not “I got a book”.
Surely Meghan’s book will be a hit job on Governor Palin, which is why she brought it up on a Left-leaning show like “The View”. Palin should realize how thankless it is to help the McCains. Whenever she does, they blame her for their every fault.
